1. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. In rare cases of pricing or availability errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders with prior notice.

2. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from the United States.
• Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

3. Returns and Exchanges

At House of Jaya, every piece is thoughtfully designed to celebrate cultural fusion, sustainability, and individuality. While we encourage mindful purchases, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

• Returns: Selected items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus delivery charges. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact. Returns without tags or in non-original condition will not be accepted. Eligible returns may be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
• Exchanges: If you’d like a different size, style, or color, email us at wecare@houseofjaya.com with your order number. Exchanges ship free—we’ll cover delivery costs for replacements. Because many of our designs are limited edition, exchange availability may vary, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
• Exclusions: All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or made-to-order pieces, including upcycled saree projects, are final sale due to their bespoke nature.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display colors, details, and sizing accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, artisanal craftsmanship, or natural fabric characteristics.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs—is owned by House of Jaya and protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or functionality.

• Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.
