Return and Exchange Policy

At House of Jaya, every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to celebrate cultural fusion, sustainability, and individuality. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Your order may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, excluding delivery charges.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
• Items returned without tags or in non-original condition will not be accepted.
• For eligible returns, you may either choose a refund to your original payment method or receive store credit to use toward a future purchase.

Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and empowered in your House of Jaya pieces.

• If you'd like a different size, style, or color, please email wecare@houseofjaya.com with your order number to start the exchange process.
• Because many of our designs are limited-edition, exchange availability may vary, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Exclusions

All items marked Final Sale or No Returns Accepted cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom pieces and made-to-order designs — our custom upcycling saree projects — are final sale due to their bespoke nature and personalized craftsmanship.

Our Commitment

Every piece at House of Jaya represents artistry and purpose. Because many of our garments are crafted in small batches and support underserved communities, we encourage mindful purchases, but if something doesn’t work out, we’ll handle your request with care and flexibility.
