Where is House of Jaya located?

We are headquartered in Illinois, and we ship all over the U.S. However, if there is interest in your city, we would be happy to schedule a Pop Up Event in your area. Please contact us at wecare@houseofjaya.com. 

Do you offer tailoring services?

While we don’t currently offer tailoring services, we’d love to help you get the perfect fit. Email us at wecare@houseofjaya.com, and if possible, we’ll recommend trusted tailoring options in your area.

When will I receive my purchase? 

All items ship within 1-2 business days from the US. All clients will receive a tracking number via email.

How should I care for my House of Jaya pieces?

We recommend dry cleaning to preserve the fabrics, prints, and embellishments. Always check the care instructions provided with your garment.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. Selected items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding delivery charges), as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and have original tags. For an exchange in size, style, or color, email us at wecare@houseofjaya.com with your order number.

Yes, most of our collections are made in small batches, ensuring exclusivity and uniqueness in every piece.
